Taxi Driver. Pen, 2020.

I watched Taxi Driver for the first time during Covid. At the time I was interested in watching classic films and legendary actors. I was captivated by DeNiro’s portrayal of Travis Bickle, and I couldn’t help but draw parallels to 2019’s Joker starring Joaquin Phoenix.

As soon as I finished Taxi Driver I felt inspired to draw. So I picked up my pen and this was the result.
